Stanford 106A, 106B, and 107 all have very good lectures on C/C++ and explanations of C pointers. Just look through the descriptions of the lectures for pertinent content.

I also attached a Word doc with some interesting info on cryptic pointer programming (which you will come across if you read a lot of other peoples code--some of it might as well be from an ancient Mayan text).
