Basically, You've scored a high pre-test result, you can choose to skip a few classes. 
Are you sure you would like to do that based on a single test. Are you that confident in your knowlegde.
Last line seems to indicate weather you've changed your mind or not when it comes to skipping a few lessons.

Alternativly this could all be twisted to that the person in question is suspected of cheating.

Into my interperation of it, so you'd perhaps understand the text from a diffrent perspective.
