Hmm if someone is trolling, its a good idea to report them. We don't support 1 on 1 chat for safety reasons, especially for the younger users on this site. If you want to have a conversation with someone you could either just talk in a question that way there won't be lots of other people "talking over you" or you could go and talk in a group (other than math) that is less busy.
