Please Help Me! I will give medals for all . Use a clock or stopwatch to take your pulse rate while sitting relaxed. Record the number of beats for 30 seconds. Now, walk out your front door and run around your house, then come back inside. Take your pulse again and record the number of beats for 30 seconds. What is the percent increase in your pulse rate? Show your work. Round your percent to the nearest whole number.

I think they want you to collect data for this...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Say resting, your pulse is 50bpm and after running, it's 70bpm. Percent increase: 70bpm - 50bpm = 20bpm (20bpm/50bpm)*100% = your percent increase.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Now you try it with some of your actual data.
