I am wondering how to use MLA techniques to cite a JDRF informational packet with no specific author?

google the Owl Purdue website. it has many useful MLA formatting tips.

I have checked that website already, it led me to this website. The resource I am using is a packet called "School Advisory Toolkit for Families", it was given to me by the JDRF. The only other information I have about it is a copyright year of 2008, and two individuals, in addition to the JDRF, who contributed to the information in the packet.
