What should I do if no one is helping me out or answering my question? Is there any way to message certain people to help me out?

Hey WC, welcome to OpenStudy! Unfortunately you caught us at a dead time right now-Friday nights and Saturdays tend to be pretty quiet. My best advice is for you to go into the math chat (do you see that green/yellow tab? That's the chat room!), as ask for some help in there. Otherwise, wait patiently until tomorrow morning and see if it gets answered overnight.

Become a fan of the people you would like to answer your questions. Then, you can write a testimonial for them, it is sort of a private message. You can ask them to come and answer your question.

If you know a user who can help, just ping them using an '@' sign in your question or in a reply to your question, like so: @wc .This should notify them that you pinged them.

We are aware that many times, questions can get drowned out by other questions and remain unanswered. We have some good ideas to solve this problem, and we'll be testing it soon.
