Find the angle that is two counterclockwise rotations from 60degrees. Then find the angle that is three clockwise rotations from 60degrees?

When you go counterclockwise, the angle becomes larger. For each full revolution, you are going to add 360 degrees. Since you are adding two revolutions, you are going to add 2x360 = 720 degrees to 60 degrees. When you go clockwise, the angle becomes smaller. For each full revolution, you are going to subtract 360 degrees. Since you are adding three revolutions, you are going to subtract 3x360 = 1080 degrees from 60 degrees.
