I don't understand this : "The chloroplast contains chlorophyll which helps trap energy from the sun and transform CO2 , H2o, into plucose throught the process of ?"
glucose *
Chloroplast contain many pigments that absorb light. Chlorophyll is a mixture of all these pigments (chlorophyll a, b, xanthophyll, carotenoids, etc.). Light is a form of energy. So when chlorophyll absorbs the sunlight, it gets some energy that it can use for photosynthesis.
Does that explain well enough or are you confused with something else?
Yeaah . I kinda understand it now. Gracias .
Wait so what is the process ?
The whole process of forming glucose from light energy is called photosynthesis. There are 2 parts of photosynthesis, a light dependent and a light independent.
Ohhh. Okay. Now I fully understand.
