what happens when you report someone for abuse?

it goes to an email notification for the moderators and administrartors to see and then they make a choice on whether or not the report is valid and take corrective actions

personally, I get so many notifs that I just send it to spam and keep an eye out while im playing about :)

by showing you have a mature enough online persona that they trust you to clean up in a civil manner.  Your online conduct has everything to do with it.  theyll contact the person they are considering when a need arises and then you have to where a black robe and sacrifice chickens for 3 fort nights and .... well, if I tell you any more id have to ban you lol
