Thoughts on Shakespeare's " Romeo and Juliet"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What do you mean by that? Our personal opinion?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I am an avid fan of all things Shakespeare, so I am a little biased when I say that I enjoyed it. I consider it to be one of his best full length plays right after Hamlet. It contains 2 key elements that make it a lasting play: 1) the theme of fighting for love, it never ceases to get old and Hollywood knows it. 2) a poetic rhyme scheme, which may not entice everyone, but you cannot deny the delicate thoughts that must go into such a play. That's about it, if you would like more in depth thoughts on Romeo and Juliet or Shakespeare in general go to www.william-shakespeare.info/william-shakespeare-forum.htm Good Luck!
