Well, Whatever your learning subject is read the question, answer or sentence a couple times and then picture it in your head and try to say it out loud. this may take a few times but it works. or you can yuse the beat method where you make a song out of it or replace it with a little song like " Mary had a Little Lamb" or " Old Mcdonald had a Farm" simple stuff like that. Those are a couple of things to do. I like to read what ever it is and then walk away for a few minuets and then i would come back and try to say it outloud before i looked at it and see if i got it right and if i didnt i would keep doing that back and forth. I hope this helps but if it doesnt you can try looking on GOOGLE.... and trust me GOOGLE has everything.
