lol everyone hates these types.. This is a really long integral. U gotta use trig identities.
i've tried it several times but i have gotten different answers every single time
hmm so: Sin^2(u) = (1-Cos2u)/2 Sin^4(u) = [(1-Cos2u)/2]^2
