describe how you could use the divisibility rules to figure out whether 2,3,5,9 and 10 are factors of 5,130.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Since 5130 ends with 0, then you know it is divisible by 10. Since 10 = 2*5, then it is also divisible by them. Add the digits together 5+1+3+0 = 9. Since 9 is divisible by 9, then 1530 is also divisible by 9. Also since 9 is divisible by 3 it is therefore a factor.
