I am using windows 7 and both on internet explorer as well as when i want to download an eemail from yahoo then after scanning for viruses the file is not downloaded .What should i do know?

I just went to my Yahoo account and downloaded an item.
The process went as you said.
Norton ran a virus check.
Then, a Do you want to continue pop-up appeared.

I clicked on "Continue" and then another pop-up screen appeared.

I clicked "Open" and looked at the item. If you want to save it, then, of course, click on that option. I am running Windows 7. Maybe my report will help you.

if you sure your file does not contain virus,then disable your antivirus and download the file
