We have $\frac{3}{5} b-3+5 -\frac{2}{5} b$ @Lepgirl we'll combine the bs together and the constant terms together Let's rearrange the expression $\frac{3}{5} b -\frac{2}{5} b-3+5$ Now as the denominators are same we can combine the fraction $\frac{3b-2b}{5}-3+5$ We get $\frac{b}{5}-3+5$ or $\frac{b}{5}+2$
