A spinning bicycle tire is lifted from the ground and allowed to stop on its own. The tire's initial angular speed was 5.6 rad/s and it slowed down at 0.75 rad/s. How many rotations will the tire rotate through before it stops? How long will it take?

2a(theta) = (final angular velocity)^2 - (initial angular velocity)^2 2*-0.75*(theta) = -(5.6)^2 once u get theta from above divide it by 2pi to get the no. of rotations. u can get the time taken from the first equation of rotational motion
