so right hand sides is \[\frac{-x-2}{(x+1)(x-1)}\]

\[\frac{1}{(x+1)^2}=\frac{-x-2}{(x+1)(x-1)}\] \[\frac{1}{x+1}=\frac{-x-2}{x-1}\] \[x-1=(x+1)(-x-2)\] \[x-1=-x^2-3x-2\] \[x^2+3x+1=0\]
