@Ishaan94 When I found the site I and two classes left math and history I think but when I finished math no one was helping with history so I slowly stopped using open study but I, xD anyways now im in geometry and I remembered the GREAT people who helped me throw algebra so im back and i plan to stay and keep in touch with every one

Right now i have like 11 problems that im stuck on out of like 80 that i had to do and i come here and ask the ones im stuck on and try and learn what i got stuck on and then though out the day i give back to Open study helping people when im not busy working my self :)

The median of a triangle is a segment drawn from a vertex of the triangle to the midpoint of the opposite side.
In #1 that is segment AD

An altitude of a triangle is a segment drawn from a vertex of the triangle perpendicular to the line containing the opposite side.

In #2 that is segment CE.
