i am going to guess that what is really meant is that
"there are n +1 numbers in the nth row of pascal's triangle" and then answer is yes,

but it really makes no sense at all to write "there are n+1 numbers in ANY row of pascal's triangle"
like saying "there are n+1 students in any classroom"
