If the water temperature in a lake rises from 10oC to 25oC, what effect is it likely to have on aquatic animals that have a high demand for dissolved oxygen? Answer They will adapt to the change in temperature and use less dissolved oxygen. They will find it easier to meet their needs for dissolved oxygen. They will find it harder to meet their needs for dissolved oxygen. They will leave the lake and find another with cooler water.
I think there's less oxygen dissolved in warmer water, all other things being equal
witch one ? though
Okay , I'm not sure what background you are from but i'll tell you this :) as temperature increases the ability for a to dissolve/the amount of dissolved gas decreases. So what do you think this would mean for oxygen needing animals in warmer water?
