Julie is conducting a survey and asked 25 people to respond on a 1 to 15 scale to questions. A total of 19 people returned the survey and she calculated the results. She finds that for one particular question the mean was 11.2, the range was 11, and the median was 13. Three days later four more surveys were turned in and they responded to the same question with {10, 14, 15, 1}. To the nearest tenth what is the new mean?
