perimeter = 13+13+10 = 36
use pyth thm to find the unknown length
This problem can be reduced to mental math if you recognize the 5-12-13 right triangles. Not as common as the 3-4-5 triangles, but they show up in textbook problems often enough that knowing them is a good thing.
