Here's a wild idea (or maybe it isn't). Students who've been okay'd to do so by the tutor/helper in question ought to be able to reach out and ping that person beyond Open Study. If behind the scenes, OS could translate that ping to email, then email privacy is maintained, but the student in a crunch could reach out to an individual tutor. WDYT?
