Lab done, where you had to hold your non-dominant hand above your head (at a 90 deg. angle) and move your wrist for 3 minutes and then use a dynamoeter to measure the force, and then you had to take a break, and then hold your hand at 90 deg. straight out from your stomach and move your wrist for 3 min then take the measurement again. what are varying factors that could explain the reason force measurements are higher after your arm had been down as opposed to elevated?
