I need help with paraphrasing my writing.

Nobody can really paraphrase for you because the point of paraphrasing is to put a passage in your own words. Nobody can do that but you. However we can give you tips on how to do this.

First you need to read the passage that you want to paraphrase until you COMPLETELY understand it. Reading the passages before and after helps too because it often provides context. Once you really understand the passage it should not be too hard to extract the important points and put them into your own words.

If you are still having trouble post what you are trying to paraphrase and perhaps we can help you find the points that are relevant to your paper, but you must also add a summary of what your paper is about.
