I am not sure if it's right to ask.

How do you guys guess/think of Integrating Factor? Practice, Experience, Critical thinking of course, but what else, is there some way to analyze the differential equation that helps us to guess the integrating factor easily or fast, I know IF can be calculated but on several occasions I have observed guessing IF makes it much easier and faster to solve a differential equation.

make diff eqs piece of cake. WIsh i could use them all the time. But like it's hard to find them sometimes.
