In the histogram, which interval includes the median of the data?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. 0 to 1.9 B. 2 to 3.9 C. 4 to 5.9 D. 6 to 7.9

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

there are 9 scores in the data set... to find the position of the median use ( 9 + 1)/2 so the 5th score is the median find the column that contains the 5th score....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wouldn't it be D right?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

the 1st column has a frequency of 3... so contains 3 scores 2nd column a frequency of 2 so 2 scores 3rd column a frequency of 3 so 3 scores hopefully this helps to find which column of the histogram cotains the 5th score

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh it would be A?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

there is no data in A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this one is really hard for me lol
