Do let us know. There's going to be a transition period as we integrate this feature, but in general question editing should only be used to make fixes and clarifications.

@shadowfiend are edits logged? What happens when you report some question? Moderators got just present info or edits history of that question too?

@Tomas.A Yes, edits are logged. Presently only admins are able to access the history because we're still working on upgrading our moderator toolkit, but the history is there.
