hmm you aren't given much info so what i would do is just a ratio. i'm assuming they're proportional and i'm not 100% sure this is how you do the question but if they are indeed proportional then you have 113 m^2 / 9m = ? / 21m
I agree. So 113/9 = x/21 x = (113/9)*21 x = 263.7, which is one of the choices so you are right.
Oh, I forgot to add 9. I was only using the bigger cylinder
