ok, I'll give you ideas, it's up to you to put them into the five sentences. it could have been because a drastic change in the environment that would have been unsuitable for the people, it could have been because of major volcanic activity, or possibly extinction from disease, it could have been because of civil war within the civilization, or war with another society.
