That's a very broad question. A paper with a thesis is a paper in which you will make an argument of some type, and support that argument. It's a paper in which you want to persuade your audience.

Is this the first persuasive paper that you've written? If so, what do you know about it so far and what have you done? Where are you stuck? If you've written these before, which aspects are your teachers saying you need to work on?
