No, please don't.

Try to entice the user to give you more information about the problem. If you try to do that and they refuse to participate and *demand* that you only give them the answer, or they become rude, then report them so we can have a chat with them.

Deleting posts should ideally only be done as an effort to combat spamming or off topic discussion.
