A person will be tired and dizzy after donating blood, therefore it is good to rest for a while
OpenStudy (anonymous):
When that amount of blood is taken out of you, it is very common for the person to feel dizzy or light-headed. And if you didnt eat, then you will pass out no doubt. So for your body to come back to stability you have to rest. Allow your body to pump more blood and recover. =)
