How to find a replacement value of resistance of several resistors (exactly 12 resistor that they have same value R) are arranged in a cube form?? thanks.

Does your circuit look like this:

If so, just look for where the circuit is parallel and where it's in series.
Follow the paths and see if there's anything you can do to try to break it down.
