Thank you for posting up your guess and asking us to check it for you instead of just posting the question by itself!

I think that the answer is one. Animal wastes have been shown to be a major source of pollution in water sources. The actual act of cattle drinking from the water won't add anything to the water, as number three suggests. And it certainly will impact the river, so I disagree with number four.
