A cylindrical container when full contains 4569 cubic feet of water. If the water level drops 9 inches, what is the percentile differential between the original level and the current level. The tank has a diameter of 13.5 feet and a height of 31.92 feet......I keep coming up with 28.19% which comes back as incorrect.

There is not enough info provided to solve for the volume of the wood if the container's water level rises 3 cm and the radius of the container is 5 cm. The radius only helps to show that the wood can't be larger than that measurement
