Consider the line 8x − 2y = −6. a) Find its x-intercept. b) Find its y-intercept.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a) to find the x-intercept - that is value of x when y = 0 solve 8x = -6 b) y - intercept is when x = 0, so put x=0 and solve for y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

solve for x 8x = -6 can you continue ?
