Determine all of the solutions in the interval 0° ≤ θ < 360°. (Enter your answers as a comma-separated list. Round your answers to one decimal place.) 34 sin2 θ − cos 2θ = 0

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

--> 34sin(2x) = cos(2x) --> sin(2x)/cos(2x) = 1/34 --> tan(2x) = 1/34 use inverse tan --> 2x = 1.6847 or 181.6847 --> x = 0.84 or 90.84

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its wrong :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you want it in radian?.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

0.84 degrees * (π/180) = π/375 rad 90.84 degrees * (π/180) =0.50π rad

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it wants it in decimel

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

no the answers are correct...your interval specified degrees so i assumed that what you wanted ?

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

it does say round to 1 place --> 0.8 and 90.8 maybe
