ideally; the angle I created is half the outer arc length; the supplement to it is 180- n/2 knowing 2 angles of a triangle we can determine the third

180-(a+180-n/2) would be the third angle out there and since the arc we are looking for is subtended by it we just double the results

98 and 27 .... 2(180-(27+(180-98/2))) is my guess
