can some one please help me graph this equations please its only one question 3x + 4 = 4x – 6

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

3x+4=4x-6, what do you think you do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

combine like terms...x=10...its a vertical line that has an x-intercept at x=10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not for sure I have not been in school in 6 years and I cant remember how to do this at all

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you subtract like terms (the x). So 4x - 3x = 1x. Since the 4 and -6 do not have variables, you can add the 6 and 4. you'll get x=10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not sure if that makes sense, hahaha

listen ma lady...nobody cares whether u understand or not....just give the medals :P
