First step was factoring placing the perfect square "25" outside the parenthesis the "=" sign inside the parenthesis is a typo and should be a -. Second step was taking the square root of 25 and placing it outside the radical. This is as far as it need to go. The last line is different ways it can be written. In case your instructor has a specific preference.
