For the ANalysis Of VAriation F statistic, F=MSG/MSE . What do both "MSG" and "MSE" stand for?

MSG is the treatment mean square (I call the MSTR). It is a measure of variation among the sample means by a weighted average of their squared deivations about the mean, x, of all the sampled data. The MSE is the mean square error and it is the variation within the samples.
