Long story short: you can't :p Admins are people who work for OpenStudy, and we currently aren't hiring :)

Moderators are a different story. Moderators are selected from the best, most mature OpenStudy users when we feel that we are in need of more people to handle spam and generally keep the community at the level we want it. We're not current looking for any moderators, but that changes depending on how much traffic there is on the site :)
