First you can notice that the equation does not contain y. That means the plane does not depend on y and that y covers all the values from -inf to inf. So you can just draw the plane in the xz plane, knowing that y only extends it from -inf to inf. Like this: |dw:1332115275553:dw| Or in 3D: |dw:1332115402078:dw|
