if tan (theta) = 4 then what is sin and cosine?

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

get theta by getting the arctangent of 4 then substitutethe theta in sine and cosine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol what.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats not how i do it

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

or maybe you can just use...tan = sin/cos so sin= 4 cos = 1... cosine is 1 sine is 4...is that how you do it?
