This question is asking you first, to think about the population strategies of organisms, and then identify which one the frogs and humans use and your reason for thinking that. There are two types of biological adaption strategies, "r" and "K". "r" represents population strategies used in unstable environments. Unstable environments mean that there is no use to try to adapt to the environment, and thus the organisms breed very quickly with a lot of children, live for shorts amount of times, and mature very fast. "K" on the other hand represent stable environments. Here, the population can compete for resources by adaption. They have a few children, care for them until they mature, and live for a long time compared to r organisms. I hope that helps you to identify which is which :-)
