The syllogism is invalid... the store on the corner is not necessarily a grocery store just because it is open until 10 p.m.

The "store on corner" circle is not crossing the grocery store circle because it doesn't have to be a grocery store. I'm not sure how your teacher requires the diagrams, but that's how I would do it. sorry it took a while!
