Help creating balanced equations? I'm doing this lab for Chemistry, and the only thing I can't figure out is the balanced equations. 1. Iron (IIII) and Copper (II) Sulfate. It's a decomposition reaction, if that's important to know. 2. Lead (II) Nitrate and Potassium Iodide. This is a synthesis reaction. 3. Magnesium metal and hydrochloric acid. Single replacement. 4. Electrolysis of water. Double replacement. 5. Burning magnesium. Combustion.
