I did try it and I came up with 3x>29, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?

say x is = 50
2x+9>x+19
2(50)>50+19
100>69
100 is greater than 69 ie 100>69 when i was in school the > was called an alligator and would open its mouth to the bigger number it waas greedy

so to solve for x

2x+9>x+19
2x-x+9>19
x+9>19
