Present progressive tense = Sohpie esta comiendo una arepa
Regular Possessive adjectives = mi hermana es Sophie

And I'm not completely sure, but I think that

Demonstrative adjective = este cafe con leche es rico
Demonstrative pronoun = estas arepas estan recien hechas, aquellas no.
